Bluebell nursery approach

How We Work

At Bluebell nursery, we are all about creating a cosy and friendly atmosphere to ensure that the children feel safe, secure and happy. We believe that this is the key to the children thriving and developing. We have bilingual staff that can speak English, Russian, Polish and Latvian. This ensures that the children who speak another language than English can have a smooth transition to speaking English and comfort that they can communicate in their home language. We are a child led nursery, which means we follow the children's interests and create activities that suit them. In addition, we have some general activities that correspond with our weekly themes.

OUR MISSION

Unique and Valuable

We believe that children thrive in an environment which values their own uniqueness, while providing support and opportunities to grow emotionally, socially and creatively. By building on each child’s strengths, interests and curiosities, we guide each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close relationships.
